Bio
My experience in graphic design and branding spans for more than two decades, and encompasses creating or directing the development of corporate identity systems, print collateral, environments, packaging, online communications and presentations.
I have been an independent design director since 2010, designing or directing in projects around the US and abroad. Major clients and studios who have used my services include DesignStudio, Google, HP, IDEO, Interbrand, Landor, TurnerDuckworth, UCLA, Y&R and Visa.
From 1999 until 2010, starting with an internship and leaving as a design director, I worked at the San Francisco headquarters of Landor Associates, the leading design and branding agency. I was involved with a variety of clients, including AMD, Barclays, Boeing, Broadview Security, Brocade, Covisint, Encore Careers, GS, Hilton Corporation, HP, KumhoAsiana, LG, Microsoft, Nextel, P&G, PeoplePC, the San Diego Zoo, United Airlines and Visa.
Prior to joining Landor, my studies took place at Academy of Art University in San Francisco, where I received a BFA in graphic design. From 2011 until 2014, I returned to the school as a part-time professor/advisor of graduate studies in branding.
